Rappelling from 45 meters!

Come and join us for rappelling on the Spejlet cliff at Opal Lake. You will be wearing a climbing harness and gloves, and while the instructor ensures safety, you will descend over the flat Bornholm granite with a view of Lake Opal. 

In 2 hours you make several trips down the cliff side, but first everyone gets a thorough introduction to the equipment and goes through a trial abseil on the flat ground. The instructor constantly tells you your next step and once you hang in the middle of the cliff, everything goes like a breeze!

Here you really feel and challenge your body and some feel the mental strength being put to the test. For those who may be afraid of heights, the instructor takes extra time.
